Difficulty completing the reCAPTCHA setup

I have spent 15 hours trying over and over to get reCAPTCHA setup. Everything works until clicking on submit and every time the result says Google thinks I’m a bot. I’ve tried everything from changing the User ID to User Password in the .env file and have tied various tagging in the server.js file. Nothing has helped thus far.
