Hi Community,

We've identified the root cause and applied appropriate mitigations. Our engineers have confirmed that the underlying dependency is recovered in all locations except us-central1.

However, we understand you may still be experiencing varying degrees of impact on individual Google Cloud Services. All respective engineering teams are actively engaged and working on service recovery.

The issue stemmed from an incorrect change to our API endpoints, which caused a crash loop and affected our global infrastructure, impacting all services.

We do not have an ETA for full service recovery and are continuing to post updates on Google Cloud Status dashboard.

For Google Cloud Security product, refer to this link -> https://status.cloud.google.com/security/

Most of the Google Cloud products have confirmed full service recovery.

A few services are still seeing some residual impact and the respective engineering teams are actively working on recovery of those services.

We expect the recovery to complete in less than an hour.

Hey Community,

The Google Security products have fully recovered from the previous outage. Some SecOps ingestion may have been affected. Data may need to be reingested from the outage period from 12 June 2025 10:51 PDT to 13:45 PDT.
Please check for failures as described in https://cloud.google.com/chronicle/docs/administration/feed-management#troubleshooting
