Q: What makes you excited about going to work every day?
A: Using interesting technology to fix interesting problems for interesting people
Q: If you could change one thing about security operations with a snap of your finger, what would it be?
A: Too many to choose! Either: It's 2025 and too many solutions have inadequate APIs, or if hackers don't respect boundaries/scope why must red/purple teams?
Q: Which security content do you like sharing with others or appreciate that is shared with you?
A: I love when people share fundamentally new use cases/problems and new concepts
Q: What do you love most about security operations?
A: Feeling empowered when you blow away 95% of your work queue in 5% of your time allowing you to really dig deeper into the things you want to just check a little deeper on
Q: How do you stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments?
A: Does anybody really keep up with everything? But I try to balance top-down reports and news with an equal part of bottom-up community forums and researchers
Fun Fact: I really enjoy working in the garage, DIY, and doing work with my hands.
