I’m trying to see what the damage is going to be now the Google is going to be charging for reCAPTCHA (so I can plan to bill my clients), and the calculator isn’t working. Worse, it’s telling me I can’t link a billing account because I don’ t have access. It’s my only Google account.
Any ideas?

Just to clarify, are you referring to the Google Cloud pricing calculator? If so, could you please elaborate on what you when you say the calculator isn’t working?
Linking an account to this calculator adds any discounts the billing account may have such as Committed Use Discounts for estimation purposes only. You must have the required permissions on the account to add the estimate. The billing account owner/admin can give you these permissions in the cloud console.
