Billing account: 013EAA-30E019-83A787
Account: familleguillou92@gmail.com
Organization: 414196513488

Every new project I create becomes immediately inaccessible with CONSUMER_INVALID errors. This affects both my personal account and all service accounts. Projects are created (exit 0) but cannot be accessed afterward — even by the creator.

I'm building a multi-tenant SaaS (mykrew.pro) where each client gets an isolated Firebase project. During development testing, I created and deleted ~50 projects which likely triggered an anti-abuse flag. My project quota was already increased and approved.

I need this flag lifted on my billing account to continue operating my business.

Hi @belbaba92  ,

Welcome to the Google Cloud Security Community — thanks for posting your first topic! 🎉

I want to highlight something important: for your own safety, please avoid sharing sensitive identifiers such as billing account IDs, organization IDs, or personal email addresses in public posts. These details should only be provided privately through Google Cloud Support channels.

Regarding the CONSUMER_INVALID errors you’re seeing:

  • This usually indicates an account‑level enforcement or anti‑abuse flag.

  • Even if your project quota increase was approved, repeated project creation/deletion can trigger automated protections.

  • Community members cannot lift these flags — only Google Cloud Support can review and clear them.

👉 Recommended next steps:

  • Open a support case with Google Cloud Support.

  • Reference the error message and describe the SaaS use case (multi‑tenant Firebase projects).

  • Provide sensitive IDs inside the private support case only, not here in the forum.

  • While waiting, you may want to explore multi‑tenant Firebase patterns or Resource Manager best practices to reduce project churn.

⚠️ In short: Please edit your post to remove the billing/account details, and escalate through Support. That way your issue can be resolved securely and your business can continue without interruption.

Kind regards.
