oAuth Data Access verification stuck "Under Review" - Sensitive scopes (Calendar and Sheets)

Hello Google Community Team,My OAuth application verification is currently stuck "Under Review" at the Privacy Policy manual phase, and no automated email thread was initiated from the Trust & Safety team for us to reply to. We have already completed and submitted all required documentation inside the Cloud Console:* Project ID: project-fe5a4fcc-4f46-4483-8e6* App Name: Callvy AI* Scopes: Google Calendar (2 sensitive) & Google Sheets (1 sensitive)Our production homepage and privacy policy are fully live, indexable, and verified via Google Search Console. A complete end-to-end YouTube demonstration video showing our Client ID and authentication flow has already been linked inside the Data Access form metadata.Requesting an internal escalation or manual status sync to pass our Project ID directly to a reviewer. Thank you!

Hi, ​@callvyFor sensitive OAuth scopes, the review can take some time, so “Under Review” for several days does not necessarily mean the request is stuck.I would first double-check that the project contact emails are correct in Cloud Console, since Google uses those contacts for verification follow-up. Also make sure the homepage, privacy policy, demo video, OAuth client ID, test account/access instructions, and scope justification are all complete and consistent with the app’s actual behavior.If there is no update after the expected review window, I’d recommend contacting Google Cloud / OAuth verification support with the project ID, app name, scopes requested, submission date, and confirmation that no Trust & Safety email thread was received.Since this involves app verification, the community probably cannot manually move the review forward, but Google support can check whether the submission is waiting for reviewer action or missing a required follow-up.
