I am trying to use Veo 3.1 (Image-to-Video) with a private black and white family photo showing my grandparents and their children. I keep getting error code 17301594 (person/face generation blocked).
I have already set personGeneration: "allow_all" and adjusted my prompt to avoid any problematic keywords. My project ID is project-f7905e7d-1386-4e70-a93.
Is there any way to request an allowlist for my project to process private family photos with children? This is for personal, non-commercial use only.
