Also please note that if you are using the case UI or the playbook action it self, there is no limitation as well.

actually I get this error in any situation, from the playbook action, manual action, or "Manage Tag" menu:




ErrorMessage:Tag length must be 2-50 chars






We need to increase it because "Tag" is used in many processes and sometimes it requires to be more than 50 characters.





So, let's wait for the next release than.

we will look into it. Any way we are planning on increasing the limitation to 100 chars
