Users in certain organizational units (OUs) are able to sign in on their mobile devices and switch between their work and personal Google accounts without any issues. However, users in other OUs are encountering an error message that says, "Account switching unavailable."

I’ve reviewed and compared settings on

  • Devices\Chrome\Settings\ User & Browser and Devices
  • Devices\Chrome\Apps & extensions
  • Devices\Mobile & endpoints\Settings\Universal

     

I couldn’t find any differences. Do you have any suggestions on what else I should check?
