I'm working on simplifying things to my team by creating a playbook to grab information from cases "events" and put them on a custom view. But I'm not sure how to do it. I can't find anything help me understand this process from documentation. I have attached sample screenshots for what I'm trying to achieve here.

+10What you're looking for are called "placeholders," which allow you to pull data from events and use them in actions/views. To trigger it, you'll click the [ ] to the right of the Value and you'll get a dialog where you can now choose event fields. It looks like this.
