Our responsibility as a SaaS provider is to have the built in redundancy and availability within our infrastructure.  I’m fairly certain that our architecture is not something required for your DR planning.  

The pieces within your control would be 

1.) Internet Connectivity

2.) If you have forwarders or any log aggregation tools, such as NX log, you need a redundant system for those.

3.) Any on prem security technologies, or management systems that send / store logs locally.
