Good afternoon,
I am currently trying to implement case assignments based on different shifts amongst the team - also known as shift roster. Is there any out of the box functionality that I will be able to use in order to achieve this ? I am currently trying to evade complexity by using custom lists, custom functions and so on.
If this functionality is not present/available, how are you guys doing it ?
