I have created a new custom field in close case settings for the analysts to enter while closing the case, but it wont show up in the playbook while closing the case. Someone please help

Custom fields will replace Dynamic Fields and will be accessible in Case Closure Form by the end of Q3. Meaning that you will be able to use “Set Custom Field” actions and it will fill out the custom fields in case closure form.
But if the ask is about “Close Case” action, then we don’t have a timeline for that, yet.
