I’m trying to set a dashboard widget and I need to set timeframe as current month (from the month beginning till date)

In relative and absolute there’s no such option. Is there a way that we can achieve this?

It seems like everyone runs in to these timing issues.

I'm looking at Google documentation and I see The Native Dashboard time filter does not currently provide a dynamic Current month / Month-to-date preset.
An absolute range would work only temporarily because the dates remain fixed. A relative range such as “Last 30 days” is also different because it crosses the previous month.

So in return. What I am seeing is the closest native option is to select the first day of the current month through today manually. If the dashboard must roll forward automatically each month, that capability does not appear to be exposed through the current Global Time Filter options.

If you use the relative setting with past 1 month selected, it should show the 1st of the month through the current day. Ex.: The filter below should show results from 7/1 until today’s date of 7/28
