"'Description' must not be empty." IDE error message

Hello !
for some of my devs, I have this error message :

and it is impossible to save. (Of course, the description is not empty)

Does anyone encounter this issue and find a cause to fix it?

My first guess would be to try replacing the arrows → so they are not special characters and see if that resolves the issue or not.

tested without, same error

Probably going to need a support case then, I am able to save in the IDE with the same description
