I try to use EmailV2 integration to send emails. I created a simple playbook that when there is an alert it will trigger send email from EmailV2 integration, but for some reason it always fails with the output message "Failed to send email!". And next is i want ask ini the 2nd pic, what username and password should i put? where do i find it.
+5The sender should be a valid email account and the login associated with that. That is likely why it is failing to send the email.

SOAR/SecOps is not a mail server or MTA, it acts as a mail client and connects to an existing mailbox on an existing server. The credentials in your image is for the account on the mail server that SOAR will use to send an email.
