Hello,

This is my first post here. I am new to using Google SecOps, but I have started a new project at work with this technology and it does not seem to be working 100%.
I am using an NFR instance of Google SecOps, and every time I try to add an integration to my environment, I get a 500 error (screenshots attached).
If I refresh the page in my environment, the integration appears even though I previously received an error, but it does not seem to be working properly.
Can anyone give me some advice on this error?

@SorinNiculae want to check if SOAR IAM migration already done?

And please do open a support case to get the backend team to check.

Hi @hzmndt

Everything is configured and I have admin rights, but my concern / question is: Are there any limitations for NFR instance?

Mainly so that I don’t continue working pointlessly until I receive the production instance for Google SecOps.

Kind regards.

Hi @SorinNiculae,

It may be worth looking in the logs explorer for your GCP Project’s instance, using that identifier shown in the screenshot 85985XXXX to see if there’s any detailed information there as to why this is occurring.

Kind Regards,

Ayman

@SorinNiculae there is not much differences between NFR and PROD instances, mainly is the license diff.  I also hit this error and checked the GCP logging as what @AymanC suggested, but cannot find much info.  Suggest to get a support case open to check.

FYI on my lab:

status: {

code: 2

message: "{"errorCode":2000,"errorMessage":"An error has occurred. When reporting the issue to SecOps support, provide the identifier: 8b47e94d4xxxxxxxx and describe the action that has failed.","innerException":null,"innerExceptionType":null,"correlationId":"8b47e94d4xxxxxxxx"}"

}
