Failed to configure EmailV2

Hello,

I'm trying to add an email address to send custom messages via Chronicle (Siemplify).

 

The email address is using 2FA, when I try to authenticate to the EmailV2 - Configure Instance I get an error:
Finished ----------------- Output Message: Failed to connect! Error is Cannot login to SMTP Server with given creds, error: (534, b'5.7.9 Application-specific password required. Learn more at\\n5.7.9 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=InvalidSecondFactor l16-20020a7bc450000000b0040536dcec17sm21470711wmi.27 - gsmtp') Result: False Status: 2

 

I've tried to look up for google support and check what alternatives I have for the 2FA, I saw that there is App password but I can't find it in my Google Workspace admin console.

Is there any other work around? maybe someone came across a similar issue?
