How does Approval link in flow-instruction action works?

How to leverage this in playbook?

Hey,

So Approval links which are generated as part of the "instruction" step have to be used before the instruction. This is because any action after the instruction has completed would be deemed as either the instruction has not been approved or has been approved, in which case the link would no longer be valid.

If the flow you are looking for is to send an email with the approval link - add a send email step before the instruction, and the Approval link drop down should appear with the link for you to insert as a placeholder. Then you can build your logic up from there.

approval link is not active, i have set to manual action

not able to add approval link in mail using expression builder
