FortiSIEM integration broken?

Hi

Am trying to use the FortiSIEM connector+integration but get the below error when using the test button.

Username: admin

Verify SSL: False

I've triple-checked the password and it's correct. What am I missing? Is there a toggle somewhere to enable the API?

Was there a resolution found? I am seeing the exact same thing and have not found any other resources.

I found the answer. Sharing it here for the next person who hits this wall. 

The username used for the API connection might be missing the organization portion of the username (similar to a windows domain joined PC). 

Example: super/admin

-replace “admin” with the API username

-“super’ indicates the organization name, “super” is default in most cases
