Freshworks Freshservice 'Create Ticket' action giving error

Hi Guys,

I integrated Freshservice ITSM with SOAR. When I am trying to create ticket getting below error:

There is no option to add department_id or group_id in the action. Does anyone know the cause?

hi @VictorSOAR , can you please try using "Custom Fields" action input parameter to specify the attributes you need - https://cloud.google.com/chronicle/docs/soar/marketplace-integrations/freshworks-freshservice#create_ticket
