Hello,

My GCP project (id: vaulted-zodiac-491122-f0) has been suspended for a week and I appealed immediately but still no response. I have no clue why I violated Google’s policy. It has greatly affected my work. I hope you can escalate my case for review.

Thanks

C

Hi @chrimerss You have posted on Google Security Operations forum. Your post is best suited for the Google Cloud Community

Google usually sends an email to the Project Owner and or the Billing Administrator. Subject would contain "Action Required," "Appeal Received," or "Google Cloud Platform Violation." Check spam for this email. Reply to that email: Keep it concise. State that your project has been down for over 7 days, mention the specific impact on your production/business operations, and ask if there is any additional documentation needed to verify your identity or use case.

Also, go to the Google Cloud Support Console. Select Billing Support. Explain that your project is suspended and you cannot reach technical support. Sometimes the billing team can see if the suspension is payment-related or can ping the trust and safety team for an update.

Hope that helps. (We will remove your post in 7 days)

Thanks for your reply. When I replied to the email, it says this is NOT the correct way. When I get to the support console, it won’t let me in because it says the entire service is unavailable. I couldn’t find a way to reach out to the review team to expedite the process. I appreciate if you know any other steps I can take to resolve this.

Hi @chrimerss I would try posting on the Google Cloud Community. Since they are more Cloud focused, someone there might have the answers you’re looking for. Also, are you independent or do you have an account rep? If so, I would also contact them. Hope this helps.

@chrimerss did you resolve this? We are experiencing the exact same issues, still no reply after 7 business days after the appeal.
