We want to enable GCP SecOps, but when we go to the SecOps enablement page, it only provides a "Contact Us" option. We contacted GCP support, and they told us to first complete the GCP SecOps Certification (exam). Our team has already passed the exam and now has certified professionals who are capable of enabling and managing SecOps.
However, GCP Mandiant support is still directing us to Cybriant, saying that only they can enable it. We don’t understand why this is required when we already have engineers who have completed GCP Credentials as per the SecOps requirements. Our team is fully capable to enable and work with SecOps Product.
Can you please clarify why involving Cybriant is mandatory, despite us having the necessary expertise and certification?
We are a GCP Partner (iNET SYSTEMS INC.). Given this, why are we not able to enable the SecOps feature ourselves, and why is it mandatory to go through Cybriant for activation?
