I have a warning on my account that I can't remove. I didn't use the service and I want to contest the payment.

Ask your Billing Account Administrator to open a case.

  • Step 1: Log in to the Google Cloud Console.

  • Step 2: Navigate to the Billing section using the left-hand menu.

     

  • Step 3: Select your specific billing account.

     

  • Step 4: Click on Billing support in the left sidebar.

     

  • Step 5: Click Get billing support. This will open the Billing Assistant, which can help you troubleshoot or connect you to a live agent via chat or email.

I can't, it says I don't have a billing account because I followed the steps to deactivate it to cancel the charge, but it wasn't canceled and it's displaying a message that I can't buy anything.

I'm trying to speak to a real agent, but they say I can't unless I switch from the free version. What kind of free version is this that costs me R$200? I'm really out of options.
