When one of my users try to sign-in on Google SecOps he is stuck on a Loop

What we tried to do:

-Chrome private session
-Edge private session
-Different browsers
-Different networks
-Tethered internet from his phone,
-Turned off VPN
-Cleared cookies
-Disabled IPv6
-Disabled browser's extensions
-Created a new account with the same permisisons
-Fresh install of his OS

It seams to work when he access it through his phone's browsers and a VDI.
Here is a video of what it looks like: https://drive[.]google.com/file/d/1JIRKDBaO6GXE3ghTSIgbYV63xx9mM19r/view?usp=drive_link

This seems like a phish attempt.

I'm certainly not clicking that link.  lol.

You will most likely need a support case.  Sharing a screenshot would be better for us to see the actual error.

Please review the thread here: https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/SecOps-SIEM/I-cant-sign-in-into-my-Google-SecOps-Chronicle-Looping/m-p/827172#M2235

Hi @RenanSolo

I did not click on that drive link above, but the fact the user can sign in via his phone's browser and not his computer points to a time sync issue on his computer. I've seen this a few times and the login loop goes away once the users laptop time is synced. You can use NTP to find out what is the time offset.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I came across this post while doing my research, but couldn't figure out exactly what was the solution proposed there.

Here are the screenshots. Those screens keep showing in sequencing, repeating one after another.

Hi Rene, thank you for the reply. I'm gonna meet with the user later today and try your solution. I'll come back here to tell you if it works.

His clock was 2 minutes ahead of actual time. He synced his clock and worked flawlessly. Thank you very much.
