How to convert time to readable format

Hi Team, How can we convert time to readable format, if value is 1 we can use function time converter. If more then 2 what we can do?

Ex: In the attached screenshot I extracted time values from JSON result which is dynamic. after that I am spliting them

but convertion is happening if I give 1 time at 1 time, even if I use split script/JSON result its not working
