Anyone know if there's a way to increase the # of cases shown on the left side (currently 15)?


I don't.... but if you won't mind, I'd be interested in how you're using this list / queue of cases. I haven't really found it useful, besides "clicking on the most recent unhandled case", as there's a lot of information absent that would be helpful to really leverage it in the sense of a "work queue".



I would check
/opt/siemplify/siemplify_server/Configs/Siemplify_Main_Config.xml
and
CasePrioritization.config
. I do not have access to the folder in our environment but would be very curious to know if you can spot anything in these files. Important: According to Siemplify, you would need to check with Siemplify support prior to making
ANY
changes in the
Siemplify_Main_Config.xml
. Changes made in this config could have negative effect in your system.
