Could anyone please let me know if its possible to import a playbook to anyother environment other than default?And, Is it possible to change the environment of a deployed playbook?

You can export a playbook, to then import it into another instance, as well as this you can then 'Move' that playbook to an alternative folder.

use duplicate - to duplicate the playbook and use move it to different folder and environment too
