Hi Team,

I am unable to configure SMTP in Chronicle SOAR. After providing required details in the chronicle SOAR page and make necessary changes in 0365 admin portal, still communication is not established.

Can you tell me is there any other steps i need to follow.

We have checked with the above steps , still the issue is persisting.

Can you post an image of the config you are struggling with please.

To clarify - For Office365 use integration "Exchange", not "Email"
