Iam onboarding arista and Cisco firepower device iam following all the steps and which I have done
Steps forwarding arista and Cisco firepower logs or chronicle forwarder from that to chronicle console it's not going and downloaded config files from the forwarder console and dumped into opt/chronicle/config and please suggest iam stuck here

In this scenario have you tried looking in the Forwarder logs to see if there is any evidence of an issue, assuming that the forwarder is actually running?
You can try either of the two commands to print the forwarder logs:
docker logs cfpsor
