Hi @Esmeralda_Lara - there is not a Phone Number associated with the Google Cloud Security Support Team; however, based on your submitted Support Case the Support Team can organize a Google Meet to assist with troubleshooting / resolving the issue. 


There are a couple of options around opening a Support Case depending on your organization's set up.


1) Legacy Support Portal for Siemplify Customers: https://support.siemplify.co/ChronicleSOARLoginpage


2) Current Support Portal for Chronicle SOAR Customers*: https://console.cloud.google.com/support .


*This option requires your organization to have aChronicle SOAR Project established within Google Cloud Platform along with your admin providing your user account access to submit tickets.
