As a MSSP we often have to send emails to customers based on case data. We already use playbooks and templates to send them. Is there a way to add a rich editor which would allow sending screenshots as well?

A rich editor would be nice.
The way I handle that currently is by taking the screenshot, convert it to base64 and then insert the b64 where I want it in the email using html

We take a different approach. We send to our ticketing system then add attachments from there, then send. We use this for our co-managed clients so the process is the same for my analysts
+6we'd also love to have a way for our analysts to be able to add rich content to emails, such as screenshots, etc.
