Hi everyone,
I'm trying to pause the SLA of a case (or find a way to do so programmatically), but the only related option I found is pausing the SLA of an alert. In my mind, stopping the SLA for all associated alerts should also stop the SLA of the case, but unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case, as shown here:
Am I missing something? Or is there another way to pause the case SLA?
