Hi everyone,

I'm trying to pause the SLA of a case (or find a way to do so programmatically), but the only related option I found is pausing the SLA of an alert. In my mind, stopping the SLA for all associated alerts should also stop the SLA of the case, but unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case, as shown here:

Am I missing something? Or is there another way to pause the case SLA?

There is active work being done on this feature, and release appears to be coming soon. I recommend 'following' the issue above using the steps below so you'll be notified when the feature is released.   There won't be any specific details or updates in that ticket, but the status changes (closure) will be your indication that it's being released.
