Hi All,

We are currently using webhook.site as our webhook provider to integrate Slack with Chronicle SOAR but there is a roadblock here as webhook.site has limit on number of requests we can send on an URL for free... Is there any other way through which we can solve this issue without using a third party?

hi Suraj, not at the moment, we developed it with in mind of using some external service for webhooks

We'll likely need to deploy our own system that looks like webhook.site , maybe as a cloud function so we control the infrastructure. Having responses dependent on an external service gives me pause. @Dmitry_Sarakeev is there a plan to implement webhooks within the SOAR or provide a more secure method of interacting with external services like Slack?

Hello @Dmitry_Sarakeev, is there any update on this and if the feature request ever got into planning? Our team is also reluctant to use a 3rd party solution and would prefer not having to develop and maintain our own solution.

I'd also like to request the docs for the Slack integration have some additional clarification that interactive messages require this kind of set up

hey @donovan_ellison  following up on this - it is not currently planned for Q3, we will try to push it for Q4 agenda when we will going to work on it.

Regarding the doc update for Slack Integration Interactivity features - i will try to push it to be addressed sooner, if not it will also be prioritized as part of Q4 agenda
