JIRA Sync Comment is not working from JIRA to SOAR, any comment updated on the JIRA end by the client is not visible at the case wall.
Also, as per the integration a Jira tag is supposed to get added automatically post the incident creation, this is not working as well.
Could anyone guide on the troubleshooting approach to be taken to fix this.

Did this work before? what version of the integration are you running? From what I understand there was some updates for "Sync Closure Job and Sync Comments Job " in version 45/46

The version installed is 46,and it is not working from the beginning. There is no error observed in the job.
I would suggest you open a support ticket as more information will be needed to troubleshot.
@Vaishnoodevi how is the configuration of the Job looks like?
I've confirmed internally that the Job works as expected, so it's important to make sure that the configuration is correct. One thing that I've seen happening that causes confusion is that the Job requires you to provide the project name itself and not just the abbreviation. Example is in the picture below.
