I'm using the search tool in our security system, but it can't find any results when I search by things like the type of log or the log's source area. I know the data is definitely in there, so the search feature must be malfunctioning. Anyone else facing same issue?

i just tested the search function, using the below query, and it’s working for us. Can you please try again? clear the cache etc. if it’s still not working please raise a support case.

Maybe try adjusting the search time range? Sometimes adding a minute to the delay can solve this problem.
