The "Find First Alert" and "Change Case Name" actions from the Tools Powerup have been silently failing after the latest update to the powerup (version 81) with IndexErrors for out of range index. Anybody else experiencing this?

I am seeing that as well for the Find First Alert action and filed a bug. Change Case Name is working for me, would recommend filing a support case.

I am having this exact issue as well. I was getting the following error message when “Only If First Alert” was set to true. Error message: Error executing action 'ChangeCaseName'. Reason: list index out of range.

As soon as I turned that off, case name changed no issue.

Not sure why this community thread is marked as solved. Issue still exists.

Please try updating to v82, the issue should be fixed.

That update fixed “Find First Alert”, but it did not fix “Change Case Name” when “Only if First Alert” parameter is checked.

I confirm what @jacketheridge is saying. I am on version 82 and still have the above error with ‘ChangeCaseName’ action ‘Only if First Alert’ is true, I always receive the error: Error message: Error executing action 'ChangeCaseName'. Reason: list index out of range.

Can we get this issue reopened due to it still existing? Or do I need to create a separate community thread for this.
