Do you mean playbook working in Simulator Mode but not in real life execution in Prod ?
In Prod is playbook not attached at all or is there any error during the playbook execution ?

"Do you mean playbook working in Simulator Mode but not in real life execution in Prod ?" Yes. The playbook in production are just fine. It is only when I try to run any playbook in either system in Simulator mode. The only error is a popup system error and to contact the system administrator.
