We have integrated Jira Cloud with SOAR. However, we've observed that in some cases, Jira comments are not syncing and reflecting in the case wall, while in other instances, the comments are successfully reflected. Could you assist how to fix this do i need to make any changes in code for sync comments job?

please check the jira comment sync job under /jobs-scheduler see if any errors
