We have created a new permission group like “managed-plus” for our SOC users and we want to enable “manage tags” option in it.
Any change in permission is not helping with it. Wanted to know if any of you guys have tried it or the permission group that handles the case tags options.
+12I guess the pernission you’re after is “Allow Case Management actions” ?
I don’t think there is a permission more granular than that for tagging. If that doesn’t work I suspect you need a support case
