Think I've got part of the problem. Jinjta template using
|truncate(XXX)
but I'm not sure how large to set the value to. Just need the max size of an Insight

Can I ask how this works with Images ?
I am adding image to an Insight with the help of base64 (<img src="data:image/png;base64,{imagee}">)
but if it is bigger than 15Kb (guessing) it is truncated.
Does it counts base64 chars, does it measures file size ?
and MOST importantly how to workaround this limit ? Because we want to show Email preview to Analysts. Should we use instead HTML ? is there also same limit ?
Any answer would be so helpful because I am lack of many information like this technical.
