Hi All,

I’ve integrated Microsoft Graph Mail with Google SecOps SOAR. For the Delete Mail  action, if we don’t provide specific values for the Sender or Subject filters, will the action delete all emails from the user’s mailbox?

Hey @Nagarjuna11 ,

Based on the quick code check, the action will delete all emails in the provided folder. By default, it’s Inbox folder that will be cleaned up.

Thank you @ylandovskyy

Just to confirm, can I make the subject filter and sender filter mandatory parameters in the IDE? Will the action still function as intended? This ensures analysts provide all required fields before execution, helping us avoid potential risks.

@Nagarjuna11

I would suggest to just make a copy of the action and then make those parameters mandatory. Because in other case,on every integration update, this change will be overwritten.
