Can you help me understand your use case here?  There are a multiple flavors of “multi-tenant” in SIEM & SOAR.  Generally it is MSSPs that need this kind of deployment or large enterprises that have a specific structure where they need multi-tenancy.  But you are right - there is no  multi-tenancy deployment documentation as each deployment is somewhat custom requiring data RBAC in  and SOAR environments, etc.  Did you discuss this need with your sales team?
