Hi @Khaled_m
I understand your frustration.
While the official guidance suggests a review "within two business days," the reality is that major policy violation appeals, like those handled by the Trust & Safety team, frequently take much longer due to high volume or case complexity.
Here is a summary of what you should do next and what others have experienced in similar situations:
- 1. Stop Resubmitting Appeals: If you've sent multiple submissions, please stop for now. Submitting too many appeals can sometimes cause confusion or push your case to the back of the queue. Focus entirely on the Case ID you received for your very first complete submission.
- 2. Check the Project Owner's Email: The compliance team communicates only with the email address registered as the Project Owner. Please double-check the Spam/Junk folder for any emails from google-cloud-compliance@google.com.
- 3. Prepare for a Longer Wait: Based on community reports for complex suspensions, waiting times can sometimes extend to 2-4 weeks before a final decision or even an initial update is sent. It's a difficult waiting game, but this delay is not unusual.
- 4. Leverage Paid Support (If Applicable): If you have an active Standard, Enhanced, or Premium Google Cloud Support plan, you may be able to contact general Customer Care via phone or chat. They often cannot overturn the decision, but they can typically check the status of your appeal using your Case ID.
Since you are unable to access the console, it's critical to make sure you have that original Case ID from the first appeal submission.
If you don't hear anything by the 10-14 business day mark (two to three calendar weeks), you can try sending a single follow-up email as a reply to the original confirmation email you received, reiterating the urgency and referencing the originaL Case ID.
I would also suggest utilizing the main Google Developer Community page for console specific questions since our community here is focused specifically on Google Cloud's security products (SecOps, Security Command Center, GTI, etc.): https://developers.google.com/
Wishing you a fast and successful resolution!
