Hello Community, Please, has anyone experienced a similar situation in the below images? On the overview screen, nothin is displayed about the alerts in the case but in the events tab, it shows the number of alerts in the case

Not sure what is the problem but this occurs for some cases having the maximum cap of alerts set(30) reached

Can you please send us a screenshot of the case itself, the case queue?



I will get that probably tomorrow when am back on client site. I also noticed it is not only when the case is full that it happens. I saw another scenario of the issue today where on the case queue it was showing 10 counts of alert, on the overview nothing was displayed and in the case wall status change, only 3 alerts was shown to be added to the case and on the events tab 4 events are displayed

, it seems like it's a bug; I will recommend opening a ticket.


Also, if possible, I would like you to send the dev tools result (of network tab) when refreshing the page (on the overview tab), so we will try to better understand the reason.

when you say dev tools, did you mean the Har file? I actually reported this late last year and the suggestion was to upgrade the platform which we havent done yet and was just trying to see if any other user of the platform has faced similar issue before
