Does anyone in the channel use the paid version of SOC Prime, particularly those in the MDR/MSSP space?
I have been using and love their freemium version, but I scheduled a demo/call to get pricing on their paid version. The "Product Adoption Manager" emailed me the day before the demo, canceled the demo, and told me that "due to the Platform changes, we don’t have an applicable option for you" and encouraged me to continue using the Freemium version. I asked for clarification, but he merely told me again to continue using the Freemium version.

I followed up explicitly asking 1) Does SOC Prime not work with MSSPs? 2) Does SOC Prime not work with US companies? 3) Does SOC Prime not currently offer a paid/upgrade service at all?
He also didn't answer those questions. However, he did send me another marketing/spam email the next day, which was sort of frustrating. Ah well. I do hate missed opportunities like that!

Currently, we’re unable to fulfill your request in view of the platform changes. Since MDR and MSSP partners remain an important part of SOC Prime business strategy, we are in the final stages of preparation for its major update planned for February.
