I was working on SecOps parser update and encpuntered following error while pdating one of the parser:

PLATFORM_ERROR: Smart Licensing has encountered an internal software error. Contact TAC: The platform provided UDI list has invalid values.

This is preventing us from updating the parser and mapping it to the use cases. Has anyone encountered this and if yes how can we resolve this

Are you parsing logs from Cisco platforms by any chance?  That message is from a Cisco router.   “Smart Licensing”, “UDI” (or Universal Device ID), etc are all part of the zero touch provisioning of 8000v routers.    Where are you seeing this message?
