or someone else on the Siemplify team, are there any plans roadmapped for a playbook action that would assign the case to the current user? So for example, the user clicks "Execute" on a manual action or makes a selection from a multi-choice question action, and the next action would be to assign the case to the user. I submitted this as a feature request a while back, but I was just wondering if this is being considered yet.
I agree! The assignment process is clunky. Same thing with merging and changing case stages.
Thank you for adding support for remote agents for shared instances in
5.6.4.3
! It's great to be able to query our shared Elastic instance within playbooks across multiple environments.
Definitely! We observed number of potential use cases where this can apply, for example: assign case to a user executing manual action in a case, assign case to the user responded to a manual action, assign case to the user closed the case.
So we're thinking what's the best way to support these and other similar cases (for example: by a separate playbook action, through the platform, by adjusting the current relevant playbook actions) and we'll add it to platform as well.
