Hi,

I'm seeking help reaching the Trust & Safety team on a long-pending appeal. Workspace Supportc and Swedish Phone support redirected me here.

My production project was suspended on May 18, 2026. I filed an appeal immediately with a full remediation report.

Ticket reference: EGRCW6HSJWPDIIENTWYN4CQ5VU

Timeline:

  • May 18: Suspension. Appeal filed same day, automated confirmation received.
  • May 19 - 24: Follow-up appeals get on the same ticket. Only automated responses.
  • May 25 (today): 7 days suspended, zero human response.

We have fully remediated the underlying configuration issue, verified it in code review, and added structural safeguards to prevent recurrence. All details were included in the original appeal.

Business impact:

This is a production B2B application with active customers. We are losing revenue every day.

What I'm asking:

If anyone here can help me reach a human at Trust & Safety on ticket EGRCW6HSJWPDIIENTWYN4CQ5VU, I would be deeply grateful. I am not asking to bypass any policy  only for a human response on an appeal pending for 7 days.

We have tested the web chat but it says to use free rewources or just to make a case. But its impossible to file a case on the suspended account.

Thank you for any help.

Hi @ChristianSherco

For more information regarding suspensions and the appeals process I recommend this community post.

@erik The fact that all your indications say don’t respond to the case and sit quiet and wait, seems acceptable if anyone reponds within 48hours.

Now its been 2weeks, there must be some kind of limit for how long this can take. It’s totally unacceptable to be treated this way as a customer who trust Google with our data and operations.

Do we have any legal protection in this case? I do understand that a case like this need to be looked into but our data must be accesible for us and cant be locked in with no means of contact or response.

I demand someone at google to get in contact with us.
