Schedule mail from SIEM Dashboards to External Domain

Question

Can we send scheduled emails from SIEM Dashboards to an external domain?

From my testing, I found that scheduled emails can only be sent to internal domains that are configured in Google SecOps.

Is it possible to add additional external domains for scheduled email delivery?

I already tried adding the domain under SOAR Settings > Environments > Domains, but it didn’t work.

We have already contacted support, and it is working.The domain was added by the support team, as it cannot be added manually by ourselves.Thank you.
